Amanda was at CBC Radio last week for a special they had there. She did an inteview and sang. You can go here for more. I also posted some pics from it too. Man!! I wish i knew about this before!! I SO would have gone to see her.. even tho it started at 6 in the morning!! I don't care! I really hate missing things about her! It's annoying that no one tells us about this stuff! :(

She's also going to be at the Chum fm skating party this saturday at Harbourfront Center. She'll be singing, probably only 2 songs tho.. but thats ok! :)

The site now has it's own domain and server! No more geocities! yay!! :) I changed the name of the site to go with my board! ;) I fixed up all the picture & lyrics pages.. the pics took a helluva long time to do over again. So i hope everything works and you guys like it! I also scanned a bunch of things i had, but just never added them before. I know i have more pics somewhere, like the ones from the London concert last year, but i can't find them now..

Here is a new interview about Intermission that i found. I like her shirt.. i have the same one! haha!! ;)

I finally added my Intermission cd booklet that i got signed at Mike Bullard. It's in the Misc Pics. I also have the Sympatico chat too.

I added a section for Intermission in the Discography. And i added the lyrics for the 2 new songs.. well, actually i just scanned the lyrics, cuz i'm lazy!! haha!! :/

If anyone was lucky enough to watch the Aids Day special that was on today, feel free to let me know how it was! I'm really mad that i couldn't see it!! :(

Amanda's birthday was yesterday and i just wanted to wish her a Happy Belated Birthday!! Hope she had a great time! :)

There hasn't been any news about her for a while now. I'm really hoping she'll release something soon! I'm dying for a new cd and more concerts!! :)

There is going to be a new series on CBC about the Greatest Canadians. You can also vote for your favourite person too. So just GO HERE and vote for Amanda! I really hope you'll all do this! She already IS the greatest canadian.. we just need to make everyone else realize that! ;) So please vote for her! And i know we would all love to see her featured on the show! There's not much going on with Amanda lately, well that i know of. But hopefully she's having fun recording her new album and i'm REALLY excited to hear it!! :)

I lost my other guestbook.. i don't know what happened to the site it was at, so tht sucks big time!! All the messages are gone too! :( So i got a new one! And if you could sign it, that would be really great!! Thanks!! :)

Watch Startv tonite, because they are having stuff about Amanda on there. 'Amanda Marshall celebrates the release of her singles collection "Intermission", with a tour through the Bata Shoe Museum.'

Here are the times: 6:30 pm on Star, 7:30pm on Citytv.

If you are not able to see it, then you can watch the video on the Star site. I'm pretty sure that's what they're going to be showing.

Until We Fall In is #24 on the Chum chart! That's great! But she needs to get to the top! So let's get her there!! :) And Intermission is #95 on the Top 100 albums chart. The list hasn't been updated since last month, so i'm not sure where it is now.

And make sure to request UWFI and all her other songs on the radio! All the time!!! People really need to play her stuff more often!! :)

I heard her new song 'Until We Fall In' on the radio today, and WOW!! It's soo awesome!! i LOVE it!! I was soo excited to hear it! I can't wait to get the cd!! :)

You can hear a short clip of one of Amanda's new songs on the Sony site. She's at the top as a featured artist. The song sounds AMAZING!!! I can't wait to hear more!! :)

Some info about the new cd... 'Let It Rain,' 'Birmingham', 'Fall From Grace,' 'Believe In You,' 'Dark Horse,' "Sitting On Top Of The World" will be included on the cd, plus these 2 new songs: 'Cross My Heart' and 'Until We Fall In.' I can't wait to hear those!! :) And here's a message from Amanda:

I finally finished the new layout! I hope you all like it! It took me a while to get it all done.. i started it a couple months ago, but i'm glad its done! :) And if anything doesn't work, then please let me know..

There hasn't been too much info about her lately.. not sure what she's up to now.. hopefully she's working on a new cd! That would be great! i cant wait to hear it! :) I'll try and keep you up to date with anything new that i find out!

---> I have some good news and some not so good news.. well, first the not so good. Amanda is not gonna be performing during canadian music week, and she probably wont be at the gala either, where they give out the awards.. :( that sucks!! But i still hope she wins!!!! :)

And the good news.... she has a NEW SINGLE out! 'The Voice Inside'! thats sooo awesome!! I LOVE that song!!!! But there BETTER be a video for this song tho!!! haha! Cuz we havent seen a new one from her for soo long.. and this would be a really cool video.. well, ALL of hers always are! :) So PLEASE make sure you request this song everywhere!! Because the more airplay it gets, the better chance we have of getting a video.... :)
